B is my favorite for the first picture because I like how bright is. the other two seem too dark, and I think B does a good job of showing the shadows and the highlights.
D is my favorite for scene 2 because it seems a lot more balanced than the other two, and I like that you can clearly see the sunlight on the wall, but its not too dark that you cant see minor details.
